Damaging my credit

I submitted for bankruptcy since I skipped 1 mortgage transaction. Citimortgage explained they'd deliver me paperwork to ensure that I really could utilize the missed cost at the conclusion of the mortgage. NEVER received the documents plus they held delivering my funds back stating complete stability must be compensated. After six months of fighting together to obtain this located, I obtained a notice of foreclusure and so I submitted bankruptct. After working diligently to obtain my bankruptcy reduced, Citimortgage is completely battling me to obtain the bankruptcy rules taken from my bill. Ive sent and shipped the paperwork often for evidence that my bankruptcy is released, my attorney has delivered them notices in addition to the trustee delivering 3 updates. Each time I contact and plead them to get rid of it, I obtain a low-english-speaking individual who does only replicate what I-say and move me around forever till I hang-up. AS i attempt to reopen a charge card or obtain a new-car loan to begin the credit rebuilding procedure, I am being refused as Citimortgage is displaying my consideration is overdue/available bankruptcy, SIX MONTHS LATER. So much for repairing my credit. I DISLIKE them-and the moment i are able to, I'm refinancing with another person
