I hired American tax releif to help me settle my tax issues but I should have known they were a ripoff. Steve Kitchen was the first person I spoke with, he seemed real pushey and unprofissional but I took the bate anyway because I was/am despret. I set up electronic monthly payments with them and after they got the last payment Ireceived a letter of cancelation. I called and talked to Steve Kitchen and he told me that if i wanted them to continue repersenting with the IRS it would cost me another 4,900.00. I dont know what to do at this point. I paid another company 9,000.00 to do the same thing and they went out of business. All theese types of companies ar ripoffs in my opinion.
