Ripoffs requsting duplicate payments

I did a refinance with American Home Mortage and my first payment was due to them April 1st, I made the April 1st payment to American Home Loans, then recieved notice that my mortgage was being sold to Counrtywide. Got a nice letter from American stating that my payment was to go to Countrywide starting May 1st. Got a nice welcome letter from Coundrtywide stating that my 1st payment to them was due May 1st. So... On May 1st I sent in my payment.in June the nightmare began! Countrywide since then has been harrasing me for a late payment. See they think that I was supposed to pay an April payment to them, even though they and American sent me a note stating that payment was due to Counrtywide May 1st. So I sent them my account history from the internet for American Home Loans, showing my payment for April being posted to my account. Sent them a copy of the letters from them and American Home Loans along with their phone number to call.

Day before yesterday my doorbell rings, seems Countrywide hired a company called Titan Solutions to come harass me. I tried to explain and even gave her a copy of the letter. Seems she just wanted to take some pictures of my home and have me fill out some papers... Dont worry I sent her packing, without signing and told her she had better not take any pictures of my home. Today I recieved a call back from Countrywide where I was informed that I had called them and told them that they had the wrong payment date, it should have been April and not May and thats why they changed the due date. CAN YOU BELEIVE THAT!!! DO THEY REALLY THINK I WOULD OFFER TO PAY ONE MONTHS MORTGAGE TO TWO DIFFERENT COMPANYS??? AND DO WE THE CONSUMER HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO CHANGE OUR DUE DATES???

Does anyone have any addresses that they can send me where I can send a formal complaint?
