Alamo ripoff dishonest fraudelent billing

I got a letter stating that my wife Florence owes $233.50 for a car rental. Called and spoke to a Steve, who said that a car was rented back on Feb 11-to-Feb 18. That was rented by State Farm for me. They paid to have my car fixed and rented this car. The lady had State Farm ins. I called State Farm and I was told that it was paid and they would send out a letter and take care of this for me. That this collection agencey should have come to them and not me. I called this Steve to tell him about this letter. He told me anyone could write this letter and he would not accept it. I told him it would have State Farm letter head. He said NO. I called Alamo would told me that I owed them nothing. They did a 3 way call with me on the phone and got Steve... He said that I got a friend to call and hung up on us both. She said that they have been getting a lot of calls about this agency. She said that 1.. It would not take 4 years, 2.. They would go to State Farm and not me... Because I did not rent this car and 3... They don't use this collecton agency any more. Thank you.
