I am a current client of I.T. S and they are the second company I have hired. The first company was out of Beverly Hills Ca and they where horrible after I hired them. I never heard from anyone and getting through to them was like pulling teeth. I should have done my research first. Come to find out they were rated the worst tax releif company.

I still needed help as I have a company with 8 employees and I didn't have time to deal with a very nasty revenue officer. I researched many companies out there and what I found is many of them claim they have attorneys and enrolled agents. However the truth is most of them only have 1 attorney and thats it. The rest are desk jockies with very little to no eductation in dealing with the IRS. That explains why the service is so poor.

To make a long story short... After hiring I.T.S. I have had great communication and they are on their game. My case is very complex and it's good to know that the peron on the other end of the phone is actually a tax attorney. My case is still not resolved, but the revenue officer has not called me once since I hired Ideal Tax and I am not getting any more notices. What a releif!!! I know there is a long way to go but so far so good. Hope this helps!
