Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

I too was ripped off. I was taken in by the large add and the promotion, of which was e-mailed to me. Unfortunatly I thought that the fee was $49.00 but instead it was $149.00 upon which when I discovered this I tried to find a phone number in which to call and cancel the order. After looking through all the info of the Terms and Conditions and the entire web site i determand that there was none.

The only way to contact them was through there web site in which I immediatly with in two hours of applying for the card sent a request to cancel the application. I believe that it was on a thusday that i had done this. Today is tuesday and I found out that I was overdrawn in my checking account. And I still have not recieved a reply to my e-mail to usa platinum card. I finally found out through the web search engine this morning there phone number.

When I called, the person could not really answer adequatly the reason for not publishing there phone number on there add in the web sight. She was insistant that there was nothing she could do to rectify the situation, and that i was still libal. How can this type of business continue?
