Ripoff Deceptive and fraudulent charging practices

Recently, I was balancing my checkbook and noticed 3 charges of $9.00 to my checking account. The discription said, WLI ReservationsRewards. There was an 800 number next to the charges, and I tried calling it a number of times but it was missing a number.
I went online to their website and tried to cancel it, and in the terms and conditions of use, it says members (I never signed up to my knowledge) will recieve a billing summary. I never recieved a billing summary, and have no idea how they got my debit card information.
I finally found a number to call them at, and I have tried to contact them but was unable to talk to a real person. Finally, in frustration I pushed 0 and was connected to a real person. They made me answer a hundred personal questions before they would cancel the charges.
