I purchased a 45th anniversary cruise for my husband and me. I paid for the cruise and Ins. My husband injured his ankle that already had a pin and arthritis. I canceled 50 days prior to cruise departure. They only refunded a portion of the money. They kept the $118. For Ins. And $400.00. They said Ins would refund the $400. I filled out the necessary claim forms for this. I paid the Orthipedic Surgeon to fill out the necessary forms also. The only respose from the Ins.Co is that they would call our personal Dr. Who knows nothing about the problem. My husband called the Ins.Co. Also but got India.
