Promised a cruise, took my money, and delivered nothing

In september my husband and I went for a travel talk, we were promised one of three gifts to attend. After completing all the requirements by certs inc. We elected to receive an 8 day cruise. We sent them $312.00 for port charges. We are still waiting for conformation on when we will get our cruise. I have tried to contact them via certified mail and phone calls to no avail. My husband and i will celabrate our 49th wedding aniverary this month and where hopeing to have this cruise to celebrate.
