Wow where do I start June 6,08 I filled out for a refiance with Interactive Financial I spoke to a guy names Hunt Gersin who says he is the president. Well that was the last time i spoke to him he sent me to a lady who was a total Fraud her name was Samantha Goodnight she told me to do one thing and changed everything the next. This company took a $1000.00 upfornt fee which i have never heard of to start my mortgage. They told me I was approved and to not make my payments so know it almost December and I have not Closed my credit is runied. I can not get another home due to my credit score droping 300 points. I am a 70 year old man on retirement I have no cash in the bank and now no credit to live. I dont know where i am going to go now. This was the worst Experiance i have every encountred. I wish to God that no one works with this company for what they have done to me. They also told me that they target retirees so that means they are doing this to everyone. I have contacted my local news team to see if they can put this out there for me about this company. I have called and called and no one there will return my calls.
