Predators like this need to be stopped!

I can't beleive someone else was told almost the same thing as me as far as making the mortgage payments on my home. I listened to Hunt, as he sounded like he knew what he was talking about and he re-assured me over and over again that everything would go smoothly. I applied for a re-finance with them back in August and it's now Decemeber and we still haven't CLOSED!!! My credit scores have dropped from the 600-700 range to a 500-580 range all bacause i was told not to pay my Septemeber mortgage because we would close before it was due. I am on a fixed income of social security payments and retirement payments and have ALWAYS paid my mortgage on time up until now. I am finding it hard to get financed and if i do the interest rate that I am quoted is not worth me re-financing. Of course, for the last few months no one will take my call. I would like to encourage others that have been ripped off by this company to post a report and to also go to their local news stations. Predators like this need to be stopped!!!
