Lewis Hunt Enterprises Kept my money and laughted in my face

At one time they were a great company with a lot of great people. Now they have 3 or 4 people running the show and they suck. I resigned on 7/30. I gave 30 days notice according to my employment agreement. The agreement states they were to pay my final paycheck on 8/30. That date came and went. They refuse to give me any specific date by which I can expect to receive my final paycheck. They owe me over $4000 in income and expense reimbursement. They don't take my calls or answer my emails. If I sue them, I will have to file in Michican. I live in Georgia. What's the cost of a RT plane ticket & motel room? A lot less than $4000.
