Numerously deposited my husband's paycheck in someone elses account and also made many different types of mistakes with banking and caused a lot of chaos in our lives

The bank made numerous mistakes. Over the past several years they have deposited our money into someone else's account. They also deposited someone else's money into our account. When confronted with the mistakes the bank treated us disrespectfuly. Denied that any mistakes were made and would not admit to it. We trusted the bank we went as far as filling fraud charges against an innocent victim. This resulted in a lot of pain and suffering and chaos in our lives caused by the bank. The 1st summit bank eventually fixed the mistakes, but this has been done over and over again. I'm in the process of closing my account with the 1st summit bank, but I want other consumers to be aware.
