On July 5.2007 jfyc #1 $110.00 out of my account by an electronic draft without my permission. Ripoff

I am working two jobs and trying my best to make it. I have made a few mistakes with my checking account but I have always took credit for my mistakes. On 07-05-07 jfyc took $110.00 out of my account without my knowledge, this withdrawal has started a snowball effect on my finances which I haven't been able to recover from. I went to Compass bank to get help with this and filed a report on the 12th of july.

Instead of helping me they froze my account without telling me which caused 2 checks to be sent back and I already had 2 overdrafts of 38.00 because of the unauthorized withdrawal. Then when I got paid I had direct deposit and I could not get my money until Monday when I got paid on Friday... I am so distressed I will never get my finances back on track.

I finally heard from Compass bank on July 27 and I was comely told in a registered letter they were not responsible and I won't be getting any funds back from the bank I am at a loss as to what to do. I closed my account when I recieved the letter and I will never do business with them again. I feel it is the banks fault and I don't know where to turn. I know $110.00 isn't much to alot of people but it has caused a landslide of loss for me.
