They are simply rip offs

Bank of america charges me $701 dollars a day after I make a $720 ATM deposit. When I called about it, they told me it was an error made by a new teller. Huh??? Well I decided it was understandable (is it?) Now what annoys me most is that a month later they have the guts to charge me two $35 return item fee or whatever they choose to call it, because T Mobil posted a charge to my account a day before i made a deposit. These guys are rip offs and its disgusting. Maybe I should also charge them for the illegal, fraudulence they called error.
