My spouse requested their free test online on 22nd October. It appeared today (14th ovember) having just been delivered on 7th. The 2nd cost was already obtained.

A recorded information on the telephone claims that they're getting a large-volume of calls (exactly what a shock!) and have extended their opening hours - the very best time to capture them is between 7 & 10pm MST (between 3 & 6 am British moment!).

I got through after being on-hold for fifteen minutes however they originally could not find the purchase (by title or "zipcode") but luckily there is an order quantity about the cover.
