Emptied my bank account by putting through excessive and unjustified overdraft fees. The 1-800 # For Customer Service Centered In Sacramento

I see other people have been experiencing the same scam I just became victim of through BAM bank of america. I went online and found my account negative and viewed that they had charged me as many overdraft fees as they could. I thought this has to be a mistake because there was enough money to cover the transactions. When I called the 1-800 number I received info that there would be no refund because my account had been blocked and someone had decisioned it and it was irreversible. No refund and they refused to admit it was the banks mistake. So I kept calling back getting one shuffle after another.

This really is a large scam that left me without money and in debt for their mistake. I hope others who have experienced this, eport it and close your accounts with them if that is possible if they havent sucked you into debt to them. If anyone has any info on how to further my complaint to the authorities that would be appreciated. There has to law enforcement or someone who is aware of this and holding BAM responsible.
