I've been attempting to purchase a "short-sale" house since July 17th that's being offered by Saxon Mortgage. After providing me a number of different tales previously a few months, I noticed recently the quantity I provided (that was the entire record cost) was rejected. They determined they desired 30K significantly more than they initially outlined the home for. All of the houses in the region have evaluated in the the cost shown plus they are insane when they believe they are able to get 30k more. I'm six months pregnant today with the holiday season quickly nearing, I've to return available and begin once again. I had been totally devastated and unprepared due to their solution. Actually both agents included are totally floored. One is actually purchasing her very own BPO to convince them-they are insane. Today poor people homeowner may get into foreclosure and Saxon find yourself needing to place the home in market simply because they WOn't obtain the cost they're requesting within this economy. The corporation doesn't have any logical people operating there, all of them should be automatic automatons pressing figures to help make the higher-UPS thicker as the homeowners experience. I'm sorry FOR ANYBODY that has a mortgage through them-and can make sure everybody I actually talk to understands not to trust Saxon Mortgage. Cant wait to determine their whole organization get broke within this economic crisis!
