Saxon Mortgage

My original mortgage company was Novastar. I never got a letter from either them or Saxon telling me that the mortgage was 'sold'.instead, I had bills from 4 different entities telling me where to send payments.

I have tried for 6 months to talk to someone at Saxon. The most I have ever gotten (if and when they answer the phone) is a reply that "I will have a supervisor call you" but none ever have. I have held all payments in an escrow account awaiting some response. Now Saxon wants to sell the house on me.

I STILL cannot get anyone to answer me there. How can they do this? I was only late twice with NovaStar and have had the mortgage for about 6 years. (30 yr fixed).

Does anyone have any ideas?
