Were in on the class action law suite

My Son got his first job & opened his first bank account. Unfortunatly he chose wachovia. He checked his balance at his branch before he went out shoping & went to luch. Somehow even though the bank said he had enough money to buy the things he did he got 10 overdraft fee's. I called to ask why his card was not denied. They told me sevral different inconsistent stories. I am furrious that they are trying to take advantage of my honest & hard working Son. He said he wants to join the class action law suite.
