$35 Overdraft Fee Charged While Two Items Were on Hold

I had 2 items on hold forcing an overdraft if once clears. The balance was $221.78, and the amount that cleared was $158.99, but I was charged $35 in overdraft. Wachovia uses any method possible to collect overdraft fees, and I am reporting this to the credit bureau of my state and town. If an item is on hold it has not been processed for payment, and you can not charge and overdraft if the money is in the account. No other bank uses this practice but Wachovia.
