I requested a guide that was not what I anticipated. I approached Amazon & rranged to come back the book INSTANTLY. It had been a fresh guide that I purchased directly from amazon.
Imagine my surprise after I obtained the sum total of my reimbursement amount. On the guide that price over $16 I'm receiving back $4.
Besides large delivery ($3.99 advertising email) they billed me over $8.50 RESTOCKING. This can be a new charge that will be not described everywhere within their concessions policy.
Getting $4 bck on over $16 indicates it charge me $12 to create a error, that we won't be producing gain with this specific previously honest business
