Rip-off this company has illegally kept thousands of dollars from us for a bogus prepayment penalty that legally they can not even charge

This company is impossible to deal with, not only have they charged us almost $5000.00 for paying off my mortgage when my house was sold, which legally they cannot do, they charged us almost $1500.00 interest for 20 days, they charged us for a hazard insurance policy that we already had then did not refund us the money for that. I have faxed and called this place every day, everytime I call, they tell me I need to talk to someone else and that all the paperwork I have faxed to them has not been received and I have to fax it over again.

They tell me I need to speak to a certain department to get my dispute resolved then they turn around and tell me that department does not take incoming phone calls? These people are liars, they are rude and legally cannot do this.

I have been hung up on by the employees when I ask to speak to someone above them. I have documents stating that they cannot charge this penalty, which have been faxed to them over and over again and still they took the money for it and they knowing do nothing to resolve this matter. This is the WORST company to ever work with. Never, Never take out a mortgage with them!!
