Ripoff purchased our mortgage from Household in October and our lives have been miserable ever since

Fairbanks Capitol is the biggest ripoff artists that I have ever seen. They purchased our mortgage from Household in October and our lives have been miserable ever since.

They add fees for everything, phone calls, letters issued, etc, They add fees for drive by which they never do but charge for. We had an agreement with Fairbanks that stated we have to pay XX amount for two months which they drafted from our bank account and to our surprise they didn't apply the payments to our loan but to fees that they dreamed up.

They are trying every way possible to foreclose on all the property that they can. They said that we didn't have insurance, our agent faxed repeatly proof of coverage and every time they said that we faxed it to the wrong place so we faxed it again and again, and they still charged us for insurance coverage. We have talked to an attorney and he has written letter but nothing has been effective to stop the harrassment and the fees.
