Taking overdraft fees from a Social Security only account

I am writing about the fact that Bank of America will overdraft an account that is solely used to deposit Social Security checks in violation of Federal Law.

Their excuse is that they cannot identify the checks once they are deposited but the fact is that the checks are clearly labeled coming in as Social Security.

I am looking for law suits already filed or proplsed or any information which will help to set up a Class action against BoA on behalf of those citizens who are relying soly on Social Security as a fixed income.
