Wired Plastic And Centennial Bank - Direct deposit of social security benifits to pre-paid debit card, given no assistance in locating funds, 11 benifit checks deposited while I was in prison

Ripped off!

I had my social security benifits on direct deposit to a pre-paid debit Mastercard that was deposited into Centennial Bank by the Social Security Administration. I went to prison in October but the direct deposit began on November and continued until October. The bank returned the benifit check payment of October to Social Security Administration. Furthermore, the bank in question is refusing to assist me in the location of 10 months of benifits that were paid to my account. Thier position is that, in fact, the account is a Wired plastic account. However, Wired plastic claims it is not.in the reality I have lost 10 months of benifits that I must repay the Social Security Administration, almost $8,000. I need help, but do not know where to begin. If anyone has a any input please do so. Thank you.
