BOA Bank of America Closing Accounts right before Direct Deposits are made. Atlanta, Georgia

I opened my account with $25.00 over the internet with Bank of America. I receive Social Security Disability Insurance, and had set up direct deposit. Well, this morning, right before my Direct Deposit hit the bank, Bank of America closed the account, stating simply that they do not want to continue the relationship. My account was not overdrawn, and I think it's because I filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy protection last month. Needless to say, when I spoke to the representative with Bank of America over the phone, at 9am, I asked her what was going to happen to the direct deposit that just went into the bank, and I was told that it was too bad for me, that I am not going to see that money. I recorded the conversation, and contacted the Office of Thrift Supervision, and the Social Security Administration, as well as the local police department.
The Social Security Administration, in a 3 way telephone call, ordered Bank of America to return the money to them, or face Federal Social Security Fraud Charges, and Bank of America refused, so the Social Security Administration called the US Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia, and notified them of the situation and the US Attorney has forwarded the complaint to the FBI, FTC and the Department of the Treasury. So as it sits right now, my electricity is about to be shut off (because the payments are due on the 3rd of the month, and they give you a ten (10) day grace period), I am out $719.00 for this month, plus I'll have to deal with waiting on a replacement check to be mailed, as I no longer have any other accounts.
What Bank of America did, was inexcusable. I will be filing a civil suit, as I just got home from the hospital for having a heart attack because of these bumbling idiots. I am on disability due to a weak heart and can not take stress well at all.
