Social Security Checks kept!

I would like to comment on the young lady who is also a widow and 5/3 screwed her over overdraft fees and left her with $23.00 for the week. Well, my story beats that - they left me with no money and I could not get me heart medicine. Here's what happened:

My daughter was depositing her paychecks in the night deposit box after she got off work (early in the morning). My daughter works the late shift and no bank is open at 11:30pm. We opened an account up together because my daughter was a victim of the Paypal/Bank One (now Chase) scam that hackers got into her acocunt online and cleaned her out of $14,000 but that's another story. Anyways, as most know, we SSI folks get our checks at the "first" of each month. Direct deposit for 5/3 means the funds may be in the account by the 7th of the month. Well, I need my pills to live and come the first I run out so my daughters $ is there - so we thought. See, our banker failed to tell us that if you did a deposit on a friday at the ATM machine, it won't be posted until wednesday of the following week.in the mean time this went on and on and they socked us for over $3000 in NSF Fees! Wait it gets better!

My daughter deposit a CASHERS CHECK (drawn on Chase Bank) and a BANK CHECK (a local bank reinbursed her $ to close out an account) and 5/3 dumped these checks and told her they could not find the accounts - refused to send back the checks so she can get new ones issued.

So, they (5/3) decided to "garnish" my social security checks (last three). Try going without medicine and paying utilities! I had to borrow from a friend just to stay alive. 5/3 and our former banker refuses to call me back and explain why they felt the need to take ONLY my social security checks.

Hello Federal Government, what is wrong with this picture! When will you stop the bullying and bleeding of the hard working class and stand up for rights of all Americans?
