Paypal Paypal assured I was good, GE Consumer Finance reasured me that I was bad

For around a year and a half I have been trying to make payments to GECONSUMERFINANCE and PAYPAL. I have NEVER been able to speak with anyone, and the PayPal employees are rude to me every time they reply to my emails (if it's not ignored.)

PayPal sends me mail confirming my account is being paid and I am in good standings, later that month I would receive emails from my credit bureau letting me know my new postings to it. I have no way of finding any information in this matter, thus making me completely in the dark. These two companies have successfully managed to destroy my credit rating by over 200 points in the past year and a half and it needs to stop.

They are adding on charges to my balance and there's no way to stop it. Even if by reading this the company fixes the problem I will not be satisfied until they are no longer operational. They must be stopped from continuing to do this to honest American citizens.

I have spent 2 years and 3 months in Iraq serving my country and its citizens, and they are reaping the benefits of my sacrifice to ensure freedom for those that honor this duty.
