Capital One
I never authorized access to any of my credit info to them. Today, I found that they have run my credit repot 30 times in the past 18 months!

Capital One has run my credit report, without any access aggrement or information, 30 times since the middle of 2006. They ran my report 2 and somtimes 3 times monthly, which cause my credit score to drop drastically. I have never applied for, or givin out any necassary information for them to run my report. I would love to know first of all, how they obtained my social security number etc. To run my credit report; but most importantly why they continued to run my report up to 3 times in 1 month when it was apparent that I had no interest in Capital One. Legal actions are in the process.
