Complete Jerks!

I was contacted about one month ago by a Mr. Roebuc. He stated that I owed for a trumpet that I had gotten for my son and that there was a warrant out for my arrest. Well after the scare tactic I gave over my bank account information and just was rattled because the account was almost 5 years old! So I allowed the first $155 to come out of my account and call to get something in writing because I work hard for my $ and not to have something in writing was pretty dumb. Well I called the office and low and behold I got some not so friendly guy telling me that they would not give me anything in writing and why couldn't I just go by my bank statement. I told him that I wanted something in writing and if not I am/will contact a lawyer and hung up. I am currently going to call back but it is obvious that they violated the Fair Debt Collection Act and they will know about it! Beware of this company! You will not get arrested believe me!
