Ripped Me Off... Will withdraw all of your money from your checking account

I contracted with Mr. James Lombardo in October for Credit Card Debt Relief after researching dozens of company's that had terrible reputations in this field. I somehow got the impression that he was an attorney and it wasn't until I checked the California Bar Association just recently that I realized he wasn't. He contracts with people to reduce their credit card debt, gets a power of attorney from them, asks them to set up a special checking account or sets up a trust fund for you which he can draw funds from and then tells you he has settled with Company A and B and C and takes the money out plus his fees.in my case he didn't tell me anything, he just took it out. The problem is that he isn't paying the credit card companies and has been avoiding all of his clients messages for over 3 months including all of mine questioning his withdraws of money in his own name and not of my creditors. His forum site (http://www.debthelpcenter.net/) closed last week because too many people were complaining in the forum and I wrote a post asking for everyone to get a hold of me before he closed the site down so we would have a group to go against him should the time arise. He closed the site the next morning (July 11). Many of his clients don't even know yet they have been scammed and many of them are in denial and still waiting for him to rescue them from their debt.

In the mean time, all of their accounts and mine have been charged off and handed over to devious collection agencies. I am presently gathering a list of clients that he has stolen from. It could be just dozens or maybe hundreds when it is all through but in the mean time his site is still open and he is still taking on more clients that he can scam. I have submitted affidavits to the bank and had them notarized of forgery in respect to him taking money out of my account without my permission contrary to his home page information explaining that settlements would only be made with our permission. Please see what you can do about closing his site down so others aren't taken advantage of like we are. There is no way to describe the damage this man has done to our lives. Total = $12,756.00
