This companies motive is to take your money any way they can. They did not care about people losing their homes. They do not care about helping people get out of credit card debt. All they care about is taking your money! Black & white. When they did loan modifications they would take people's money even when they knew the people would not qualify! Greed! Its terrible. Wrong!

Then they had a debt settlement division called "PriVest Financial" that was in the same suite as The Parman Law Group. The CEO changed the whole process and turned it into "ZERO FREE DEBT"... Why? Let me tell you... When it was PriVest Financial clients that would enroll would start saving money into their trust account after being in the program for 3 months. Well that was not good enough for Mike Smith, Maryam Parman or Steve Marshalek! So they brought in Randy Wells and changed the debt settlement division to "Zero Free Debt" when clients enroll with this company $0.00 goes into the clients trust account until 6 months, 9 months up to 12 months down the road! Why do they do this? It is so they can collect all their money up front. Greed! Wrong!

If this company wanted to really help people get out of debt money would go into the clients trust account from the very first month. The truth to this all is this law firm is rotten and dirty. They stink like Vieux Boulogne. I would stay far far away from them.
