Since 9/3 this company withdrew funds each month from my checking acct to work with Debt Consolidation with my Credit Card Debt. No money was ever given to the creditors. On Feb Shane Garner layoff his employees and closed his doors on Main Street in Dallas Texas. He has embezzled money from lot of people who he led to believe he could help them. I have contacted the Texas State Attorney office Gregg Abbott and there is lawsuit for Shane Garner. What he did was morally and very low to live off the backs of his clients.
WE will be lucky if we get 10 cents on the dollar back from this case. My goal is to make sure he never can take advantage of people who work hard for their money and not living off the backs of others. Please check and make sure the companies you deal with are BBB approved and legit. Don't give money up front. He should be ashamed of himself taking advantage of Senior Citizens.
