Transactions Already Posted Were Reposted, Causing Insufficient Funds Fees

A transaction scheduled to occur on Jul 03 happened at Midnight 03Jul08. However!!! Everything that occurred and posted prior was handled as a "post" transaction. In other-words; their transaction was pushed forward and everything else was handled as an insufficient account transaction. The reality was that that 5 of the (7) seven insufficient transactions had already posted to the account. They were not just pending. BOFA - RE-posted them! And then had the audacity to say "we do not see this as a bank error". I informed them that I would be printing my account daily; and the next time they pulled this game, I would (and will) turn it over to the attorney general. They need controlled!
