Had the wrong person harassed even my children were harrased

This company called my house during the day and harrased my children 8 yrs & 4 yrs then the babysitter for my work or cell number.

The rep Matt g. Claimed to be my friend and needed to get in touch with me was told he could call back at 6:00pm that's when he got rude and pushy with the babysitter and she gave him my cell phone.

He called me and went through a series of questions and relized i was not the person they were looking for and had part of my information mixed up with the person they were looking for.

When i got home and found out matt had harrassed my children i blew up and called them back and that's when i found out my information was still on this other person file.

I explained under no circumstances are they ever to call my house, work, or cell number ever again because the person they were looking for was approx 70 years old and had an outstanding balance on a credit card i don't even own.

My point is i should have rights as having an outstanding credit rating having my children harassed by this unbelievable company. If i thought it would make a statement for individuals being harrased by mistaken identity i would do it in a heart beat.
