This company charged $12.00 to my checking account, I don't know this people and have never contacted them. I don't know how they got my checking account information I Don't Know Reservation 101 Merritt 7

I was reading the disbursments on my bankstatement and found an amount of $12.00 I did not recognized. The discription on the statement is as follows: " Reservation 101 Merritts 7 800-732-7031CT." I do not have any other information The charge to my checking account was made on 7/7/08. I have contacted the above phone number and the recording is asking for a account or member number which I do not have. Maybe you know anything about this company. I would be thankful for any information you can give me.
