Lawsuit time against this company

Our story si just like everyone elses. We were in modification for 18 months, just to find out that we were turned down because I failed to allow someone in our house to take pictures. Well first of all, in these days and times you just don't let someone in your house especially when they didn't even know what they were there for. Then when I called to ask why, they closed the accounted and stated that I refused to allow them to take pictures. Well that was not true I wanted to schedule a time when someone was home and wanted to know the reason behind it. I was told that it was to make sure that we did not steal the copper out of the home... Now we are in modification again (1 month now) still have not heard from anyone, still telling us not to make the payments on the house. We are $2400 behind now and knowone is willing to tell you anything. You stress everyday whether you are going to lose your house. When I was told we could refinance, we again went through the process of all the paperwork, having the house appraised and then told NO! I am tired of this company messing with ours and everyone elses lives, something needs to be done and now before we are all out on the streets. Is there anyone with help in site for us?
