Delayed paperwork until foreclosure

I fell behind a couple of payments, contacted litton everyday and never was contacted or helped, every human I actually talked to did not know anything and referred me to other departments each time I called, after several months I finally got thru to loss mitigation department, they denied my loan modification and delay all paperwork submitted until the week of auction, last few days before auction I was told that I must have money by friday to littions office or case would be closed and house would be auctioned, and "the investor may still auction house even if payment is recieved by friday", out of 447 homes at auction mine and two others sold, company that bought them is somehow tied to litton, and is fixing up home to resell for a profit. I have 100k in equity, a management salaried job, I had good credit until litton home loans bought my loan from countrywide, they reported my first two payments late due to the transferring of the loan, my credit suffered and I was unable to refinance with anyother company. Litton knows what to do to get your property, I have contacted a lawyer. I will file a suit. I will contact every agency. I will tell everyone, everywhere I go what a horrible company Littion home loans is.
