Modification Denied

I have been in my home for 6 years and I have never missed a payment nor have I ever been late on my payments. My mortgage company was Countrywide now that Bank of America has my mortgage I can not get any satifation from them. I am now trying to get a modification which I have been going through for a year now. I'm going through this company call NET World which I have paid them $1995.00 and borrowed from my father. After NET World have been giving me the run of round I have had 4 agents since I started with them. Mr. Hart at BOA called me on my job about 4 months again and told me that he was going ahead and approve my modification. I have rec'd letter after letter from BOA about foreclosuer on my home. I don't want to lose my home this is my frist home I love and I want to stay in my home. My present payment is $1451.00 and $546.00 Mr. Hart told me that I will be payment $790.36 I started crying because I was so happy. Now everytime I have call BOA everybody tells me something differ everyday. I am 60 years old with no where to go. I have sent them want they wanted even the hardship letter but they don't want to hear nothing from me. I have done every thing my life now is on hold until they do something about my mortgage. All I want is a final payment so I can get back on track and get my life back together. I only hear from NET WORLD about once every other week. Mean while BOA wants to foreclose on my home. I have put to much in my house for the bank to take it and sell it for a little of nothing. Please help me save my home. One of my mortgage is at 6.5 percent and the other is vairiable at 9.75 percent. All I wanted is to have both of my loans together with a fix rate and an lower payment. My modification now will soon be going into 2 years. Please help me keep my home. I can call BOA on 5 differ occasions and I would get 5 differ answers, I don't know what else I can do. I am a single woman trying to make it like everybody else. Please help me keep my home. Thanking You In Advance.
