Insurance coverage they offer is a travesty! Pleasanton California

I purchased the insurance for unemployment coverage, it has been a joke (but I'm not laughing) since then. I became unemployed in November because I had bad health. Ever sice then it has been one hoop to jump thru after another. Sent in paperwork by mail and by fax, they "said" they never received them. Then when they did say they received it, the paperwork was wrong, and I had to get additional information from my previous employer.
During while this was happening of course they still wanted their payments, even though my funds were diminishing fast. When I tried contacting the "Insurance" department, I always was diverted to collections instead of the department I was calling.
My opinion is: Stay away from this company! It's a one way street! They're street!
