Green Tree Servicing LLC, formally Conseco Finance, Made an unauthorized purchase of addtional insurance coverage for a boat I had purchased through them, in spite of the proof of uninterrupted insurance coverage, since the boat's purchase, provided by me and by my insurance company. This insurance is purchased regardless of existing insurance and then cancelled, after an appropriate amount of time. The owner is then billed for any "charges incurred" during the process, regardless of whether or not the coverage was warranted in the first place.
