Josh ludes ripoff - same story as the rest that are reported here

I just want to start by saying, please everyone, do your research before getting involved with any company and do not be taken advantage of by anyone. Be one step ahead. My story is the same as the rest reported here. The person that my husband was dealing with was Josh Ludes. Not only did they drop the ball on the first contract that we had with them, they had us refill the paper work and send them more money the second time around. They have not fufilled their end of the contract and they do not return any calls. I call all the numbers that I have and they are either not working anymore or we leave messages. Long story short, we will probably be losing lthe house any day now. BE wary of using any of these companies that promise a mediation between you and the mortage companies. Either do it yourself or have your lawyer negotiate. All this company did was take thousands of dollars that could have gone to the mortgage company themselves.
