I hired these people to sell my timeshare for me. I was told they had a buyer and was to put up $1260 to due the processing. The ad for the property was placed on 3/28. Scott Michaels was my representative. I was given his work and cell number. He never comes to work and says he is sick. If you call his cell, all you get is an answering machine.

Scott has told me numerous times that it is sold and waiting for the paperwork to be finished. Now they tell me that a form from the IRS is missing and have to wait for that.

I have spoken to an Eric, who claims to be the manager, but when I ask for him he is never available. I also spoke to a Tom in the closing department, but when I try to speak with him again, no one by that name is there. Today is 5/28 and I still don't know anymore than I did 2 months ago.

As far as I am concerned they have done nothing but take my money, tell me a bunch of crap to keep me happy and never do anything. I can only hope that other people read this and find out that this company does nothing but take money and forget you.

On 5/27 I called customer service and left a message saying I was very unhappy that no one returned my calls. (no swear words). Afew minutes later a man called me back and informed my I was rude, did not like my message and called me every swear name in the book. We argued and he told me to just forget it that he would not help me and that the property was not sold.
Please let other people see this so they know not to do any business with these people.
