On March 9, I received a call from Dan Harris of Landmark Timeshares of Waltham, Ma and told me that there was an offer for my timeshare. I told him i was not interested in selling but I would hear the offer. The offer that was quoted to me was 31,900 plus 3k for my points in 2008 and 2009. I told him if this is for real then i am interested. He then transferred me to Tom Foster and Mr Foster got on the phone and told me that the company had an international buyer from a well known Asian company that wanted to purchase a large block of points for a good timeshare for his reps. He told me the offer again of 31,900 and the additional 3k for my points in 2008 and 2009 the buyer agreed to pay and that I would go to closing the following week which would have been March 16th.

Tom Foster said that they needed 1250.00 for closing but the buyer would give it back to me when we went to closing. I agreed to pay and after they got my money. Then March 16 came and went so i called to find out what was going on. I then was transferred to someone named Alex Ortiz and he informed me that my closing date had changed to March 23rd at 3pm. So i waited to March 23rd and it came and went and I called again and this time I got someone named James Slocum and he told me that my closing was not until next week sometime. Then, I waited another week and no call. Then I got a woman who told me that my closing was still on and i told her of my concern and she informed me that Tom Foster no longer worked there but that the buyer was still interested and that I would be going to closing within the next week or two. I waited and tried to call but there was no answer. Or there is an answering machine. I left a message asking for my 1250.00 back or the 31,900 that they had quoted me from the buyer.

I now can not get a single human being on the phone and all i want now is my 1250.00 back. This is a huge ripoff. I have reported them to the BBB and the MA AG office. And still nothing. I don't even think these people care.
