Do not use this company

I used thier so called 24 hour service back in 2007 for my 2006 return. Not only did it take two weeks, but part of the services was that I would be able to access the return at any time by simply logging back in. I logged back in three weeks ago to obtain a copy of the filing. When you do this, it says to allow up to two hours. Its been three weeks. I keep calling them only to get a voice message, no matter what day or time I call. I have left numerous messages. No return call. No emails. Nothing.

I clicked the 24 hour online assistance icon. The lady that responds wants all my personal information to forward to a supervisor. I told her I am not giving my personal information to an "instant message" responder but I would give her my phone number to call me. She stated that no one would call me and I could not have the actual number to the company. Then "hung up"
This is the shadiest company I have ever seen. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT trust this company for anything! They will take your money and not deliver on any guarantees. These people are horrible!
