Com complete ripoff will not return emails/phone calls

In short, I purchased a product from this company through their website. After several weeks the product was not delivered as promised. I then called their phone number listed on the website. When answered, I got an answering machine that had a personal message instead of a business message. I left them several messages as well as a number of emails. Not one time was the phone answered by a human, and I did not get a return phone call or email from them. All I want now is my money back and move on. I found the product somewhere else. I just want someone from this so-called company to call me back and return my money.
