I was also a sucker! I know my credit is terrible since all of the other credit card companies denied me, I figured what the heck. Well four weeks go by and still no card, I started to call this company on September 9, just about everyday with them until this is resolved.

Every time the CSR stated I need to fax proof of the withdrawal I did. Each time they stated something was wrong. On the fax cover I put a phone number for them to call me to clear this issue. I faxed a copy of the transfer and a copy of my bank statement, which I blacked out information that they did not need to see. They stated that they needed to see a running total on my account. I am angry that they would ask for such personal information.

The rep insisted that I do this, I told them no, I want my money back! This is ridiculous, you have my money and I want the card, since you won't send the card, I want my 299.00 back. Again they stressed this could not be done until they have proof. I told them they have proof. It takes two people and I am the one doing all of the leg work. I asked why can't your company go to the bank and look for the 299.00 with the tracer, he stated "I don't know, but..." that was the same thing "but".

When the rep became upset with me since the call was no where, he stated (Omar) that he is going to terminate the call, I told him no, this needs to be resolved. He said if I fax the information that they need then it will be. I told him, he has all of the information. He stated no we don't, we need to see a running total of the account. I told him, No they don't if the money was not transferred it would not be under Drafts. It would be under NSF's. It cleared and it was under Drafts He goes I understand this is what they need. I told him then I want my $299.00 back He stated Mam, I cannot continue to waste my time with this I go Do you think I enjoy wasting mine? NO! He decided to terminate the call.

I called back, this time a female answered the phone, she said Sorry our system is down can call back in one hour I said No, I want to talk to someone now, and I want a good a phone number to contact ECS She stated this is the number. To call back in one hour and then hung up on me.

I went to 20/20 website gave them a load down, what has not only happened to me, but to other people as well, the information that I have. Lets hope that is resolved and we all get our money returned in full! Good Luck to all of you!
