Sent Joe Holmes of International Title Service a cashiers check for $240.00 for a title on my vintage Honda motorcycle. Was promised to get a title within 4-5 weeks... No title... Have left numerous messages on his voice mail, (YOU ALWAYS GET THE ANSWERING MACHINE) nothing, he refuses to return calls. Once I was able to get a return call by leaving a different number and name while requesting info on "how much to obtain a title"
He did return this call within 1 hour, when I told him who I was he assured me he would call the DMV and find out what was taking so long and gave me his word he would call me back... Well its been over a week and nothing... I have called dozens of times. Nothing
Since that time I have found numerous cases in different forums where this crook has ripped people off of their hard earned money.
