Dell DECEPTIVE Financial Practices - - - NO INTEREST for 12 Months Carol Stream Illinois

DELL Financial Services uses DECEPTIVE Marketing Strategies when they tell you there is NO INTEREST FOR 12 MONTHS, ETC.

That is NOT TRUE. What they actually do is (and what they LATER call "DEFER the interest") simply NOT include that interest amount in the "Current Balance Amount" until after the 12 month period is over. IT IS NOT TRUE that there is NO INTEREST FOR 12 Months. (You just do not SEE IT in your current balance for 12 months.)

Once that 12 Months has gone by, they just go and ADD that $500 OR SO INTEREST DOLLARS to the Current Balance as of that date. For Example: They said your previous Balance was $1,200 (and after working so hard for a year to get it that low); but then they go and bill you for the ADDITIONAL $500 all in one lump sum on that Statement as FINANCE CHARGES (leaving you with a NEW current balance of $1,700). How do like that??? Isn't that sweet???

I do believe that this is truly a violation of, and fraudulent credit financing practives. Although I am not a lawyer or finance-related expert, I AM GOING TO INVESTIGATE Whether or Not This is LEGAL & Acceptable with Federal Credit Financing Standards. If it is, this MUST BE Changed, so it can be stopped (and thousands of other poor strugglers like myself aren't also ripped-off).
